And even better, the payments for this are spread out over the course of 12 or 24 months. Its an all-in package for getting started including custom design, content support, website build, test, and launch (our full process, miniturized). There are some restrictions to this program, so we encourage you to reach out and discuss your project goals.

We will also run you through a full-on creative process to reinvision (or create for the first time) your visual identity and brand system, develop a brand voice, and prepare a overarching brand guideline that you can use as a compass in your business decision making rolling forward.

We thought you'd never ask! We have a 20-step website process that we take each and every client through. It starts with a full onboarding so that we can learn about your project, your business, and your goals. From there we go through a series of design, development, and content checkpoints before taking your website through a rigorous quality assurance process. At the end, just before launch, we confirm all analytics and tracking tools are in place, make last minute adjustments to SEO, and then hit the big red (or blue, or green — whatever colour it is in your head) button to go live!

And just as an aside, but nice to know... we don't typically launch on a Friday. Call it superstition, but no one likes debugging an issue on the weekend (should one come up).
